At Gosford Park Primary School, we pause to remember.
On Remembrance Day, we honour the courage and sacrifice of those who served in times of war and conflict. Through quiet reflection, shared stories, and the symbol of the poppy, our school community comes together to show respect and gratitude. We will remember them.
Remembrance Day (also known as Poppy Day due to the tradition of wearing a remembrance poppy) is a memorial day observed since the end of the First World War in 1919.
