Our Year 6 pupils are having an absolutely fantastic time on their residential visit this week! Once again, the trip has been packed with fun, adventure and exciting new challenges, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
We have been incredibly fortunate with the weather, enjoying warm sunshine and blue skies throughout our stay. The excellent conditions have helped the children make the most of the wide range of outdoor activities on offer and have kept spirits high from morning until night.
The children have demonstrated fantastic teamwork, resilience and determination, encouraging one another to take on new challenges and celebrating each other’s achievements along the way. It has been wonderful to see their confidence grow as they step outside of their comfort zones and embrace every opportunity.
Staff have been extremely proud of how well Year 6 have represented Gosford Park Primary School. Their behaviour, enthusiasm and positive attitudes have been outstanding, and they have approached every activity with energy and a smile.
Residential visits provide so much more than just adventure. They help children develop independence, strengthen friendships and build confidence as they prepare for the next stage of their education. This year’s pupils have certainly made the most of every moment.
We would like to thank all of the staff who have helped make the trip such a success and, of course, congratulate the children for their brilliant attitude and effort throughout the week.
More photos and updates are available for parents and carers on ClassDojo, where we have been sharing highlights from the residential adventure.
Well done, Year 6 – keep enjoying every minute of this amazing experience! 🌞🏕️🌲🎯🚣♂️📸
